I have personally attended the training camp at St Johns Fisher College twice this summer. I have to say that I believe that the Buffalo Bills will be a force in the AFC East this year. They have improved in every aspect of the game. This of course only remains to be seen, they have to put it all together on the field come game day.
Starting with Terrell Owens, possibly the team’s biggest addition in franchise history, this is a huge acquisition for the team. He looks great in practice with Trent Edwards and the two already have chemistry.
While I know that he gets hit with nagging injuries from time to time, hopefully he’ll be ok through the year - because with Lee Evans by his side, there will be few better one-two wide receiver duos (if any) in the league.
Now for the running game, the addition of Dominick Rhodes was great. He adds quality and consistency at the fullback position. With Fred Jackson running the ball during the first 3 or 4 games during Lynch’s suspension Rhodes will be very handy in opening up some holes.
As far as Lynch goes, he will be missing the first few games due to his suspension, but I think he’ll be in great shape come week 4 once he’s able to play. This should be a great year for Lynch, as Owens’ presence will create some serious opportunities.
Now the biggest question mark is the offensive line. Bills fans everywhere are hoping that the no huddle will lessen the load on these young guys.
To counter these concerns, the Bills will be running many no huddle plays. This may wear down defenses, making the offensive line’s job a bit easier.
I’ll be going to the week 4 preseason game, the team’s last before the regular season starts. I’ll be posting another analysis about the team after seeing this game, and weekly regular season updates will follow.

If you are the parent of a 9 year old girl, a 13 year old boy, and a 19 year old college bound, you know that their futures depend upon their skills to read and assimilate information, putting it into memory and into use. What are you going to do to help them accomplish that?
We’ll teach them, for you, to double, and even triple their reading speed, improve their test-taking ability, their memory and recall and develop many other success skills. Live courses for all three kids could cost upwards from $500, some courses are $675 per person. But, what we have found is that when the students WANT to learn, they can learn by themselves, from the right materials unassisted. If your children want more free time, less study time, and better grades all at once - we’ve got it — it’s the COMPLETE SPEED READING COURSE:
But, what we have found is that when the students WANT to learn, they can learn by themselves, from the right materials unassisted. If your children want more free time, less study time, and better grades all at once - we’ve found it — it’s a COMPLETE SPEED READING COURSE:
For pre-teens, there is a Children’s course called - If You Can Read This, You Can Read Faster! For teens and adults we have - Speed Reading in Only One Hour! And for the college-university bound student - Be Dynamic Through Speed Reading. And the courses come with audio support for comprehension, reading speed, test taking skills and more. And a computer software program for reading faster online.
It’s one of the more amazing programs developed by Dr. Jay Polmar, the master of training the human mind for educational and motivational successes. He’s the founder of speedread.org and his complete speed reading programs can be found at www.speedreadcomplete.com

Children have to eat. Parents have to feed children, and for the most part, they enjoy doing it. That being said, it costs money to fulfill that obligation. Actually, feeding your children could be one of the costliest ventures of your life. Spending a lot on snacks can quickly amass to small fortune if parents aren’t penny wise with their buying.
Of course, parents have to feed them and they want to make sure that they have the best possible. So, for those of you who want to keep your kids fed and satisfied, try these money saving tips:
1. Make the most of the “season’s” savings! Regardless of whether you participate in the holidays, you may still be able to enjoy the opportunities for money saving. Cost comparisons can help during the holiday times, especially when it comes to fast food restaurants. Many offer discounts at Halloween and Christmas. McDonald’s offers a twelve pack of coupons for $1 for kids, which allows them to get 12 different items for “free”. Wendy’s has the same type of coupon book which is usually between 8-10 coupons for a free child size Frosty ice cream treat. These coupons usually do not expire to the end of the year or later!
2. Surveys pay! Every time you splurge and get something to eat at many restaurants such as Burger King, or regionally local eateries such as Sonics, you may find a request, on your receipt, for you to complete a survey regarding your visit. These surveys pay out in a big way. Many of them offer a “buy one, get one free” offer or money off of future purchases. While, yes, they do keep you coming back, they also keep you saving. Look at it this way; you may want to spend an afternoon out with your child. Instead of paying for two hamburgers, you pay for one but get two!
3. Use coupons…all of the time! There are so many great deals available in your Sunday paper, online, or even in the supermarket aisles. Coupons are one of the best ways to save money on just about anything. Truth be told, not only will you see savings, you will probably get tons of free snacks for your family. Many stores double manufacturers coupons. Watch the weekly sale papers or visit your favorite store online to view the weekly specials. Cull your coupons, organize them, and use them when there are deals on the snacks that you and your family want.
You can feed your children without going into bankruptcy if you plan and get organized during this economy crisis. There are tons of snacks and foods that you can buy for cheap if you do a little leg work. You and your family can eat, enjoy, and save!

If you’ve spent your life wondering when things will improve, and have tried lots of different ways to be successful then I’d like to ask you to read a little story about personal branding, and what it means and the importance of using it to grow YOU, before you undertake any form of business.
This short article will most likely fall on many deaf ears - people who skip the article because they are too busy. If youve started to read this then the chances are you are struggling online. Don’t use the same old tactics. Read on to know more
I want to get you into an example - a short story to get your creative juices flowing. A man called John is trying to generate more traffic to his website which sells marketing products. This is a tough industry as many people regard messages as spam.
John does things right and sets a budget for $1000 a month to cover advertising and promotion. After 2 months however he has only made 4 sales, and lost almost $1800 - he is absolutely gutted and decides to stop, as he cannot justify losing $900 a month approximately.
Sick to death, John throws in the towel, and turns his back on internet marketing. He decides to go back to his day job, telling all his friends that internet marketing does not work, stay well away.
One of Johns friends Bill is similar to John. He too is optimistic and decides he wants a try. But instead of jumping in, Bill decides to spend time reading up on the best ways to do this. He learns that it is important to brand yourself first, i.e. get yourself known as an expert, or someone who can be of benefit to others, and become well liked. Bill uses his artistic talents to create free landing pages for internet marketers.
It doesn’t take long for people to realise that here is a great guy who offers something selflessly and genuinely. Soon thousands visit his site, and many of them signup to his free tips newsletter which tells them how to make the most of their splash pages. Those who sign up each get a free splash page by him - what a great trade off!
After 2 very hectic years Bill has created a newsletter list of 100,000 people - all of which have had a free splash page made for them, thanks to Bills secret software, but that didn’t matter - they were great splash pages. John however was still going to work and telling people that the internet did not work.
Bill eventually locates some really good products which will make his subscribers life so much easier. He tests them and finds that they are very good. Bill sends out an email to his list and to his surprise 400 people buy the product, netting Bill 400 x $27 = $10,800 - something he can do once a week, once a month or as often as he likes - not bad for a few minutes work eh? All this from doing something he loves to do.
It’s near impossible to earn $10,000 a wek from a regular job. This isnt taught in school. In fact, this is why I told you this story about Bill and John and the importance of personal branding. If you really want an incredible lifestyle then learn to brand yourself first.

The Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator course is a recognised route for men and women looking to get into supporting networks. So if you’re just about to get going or have previous knowledge but want a professional course with a good qualification, you can find the right training. For a newcomer to IT, it may well be necessary to have some coaching ahead of attempting to go for your four Microsoft Certified Professional exams (MCP’s) required to achieve an MCSA. Identify a training company that can create a bespoke package to suit your needs - with industry experts who will work with you to make sure that your choices are good ones.
How are we supposed to make the right choice then? With so many opportunities, we have to know where we should look - and what it is we should be looking for.
Don’t get hung-up, as a lot of students can, on the accreditation program. Training for training’s sake is generally pointless; this is about gaining commercial employment. You need to remain focused on where you want to go. Never let yourself become one of the unfortunate masses who choose a training program that sounds really ‘interesting’ and ‘fun’ - and get to the final hurdle of an accreditation for a job they hate.
Prioritise understanding what expectations industry may have of you. What qualifications you’ll be required to have and how you’ll build your experience level. It’s definitely worth spending time thinking about how far you wish to build your skill-set as it will force you to choose a particular set of certifications. Seek help from a skilled advisor who understands the sector you wish to join, and who can give you ‘A day in the life of’ understanding of what you’ll actually be doing day-to-day. It’d be sensible to understand whether or not this is right for you long before you embark on your training program. There’s little point in beginning your training only to find you’ve gone the wrong way entirely.
Often, trainers provide a big box of books. This isn’t very interesting and not really conducive to remembering. Long-term memory is enhanced with an involvement of all our senses - learning experts have been saying this for decades now.
Locate a program where you’ll receive a library of CD and DVD based materials - you’ll be learning from instructor videos and demo’s, and be able to use virtual lab’s to practice your new skills. You really need to look at courseware examples from your chosen company. Be sure that they contain video, demonstrations and various interactive elements.
Seek out actual CD or DVD ROM’s if possible. Thus avoiding all the issues associated with internet connection failure and issues with signal quality.
Training support for students is an absolute must - ensure you track down something that provides 24×7 direct access, as anything less will not satisfy and will also impede your ability to learn. Avoid, like the plague, any organisations which use ‘out-of-hours’ messaging systems - with the call-back coming in during office hours. It’s not a lot of help when you’ve got study issues and want support there and then.
Be on the lookout for training schools that utilise many support facilities around the globe in several time-zones. Every one of them needs to be seamlessly combined to offer a simple interface and 24 hours-a-day access, when it’s convenient for you, with no fuss. Always pick a training provider that offers this level of study support. As only 24×7 round-the-clock live support delivers what is required.
If you’re considering a certification company who is still pushing ‘in-centre workshop days’ as a feature of their programme, then consider these hassles met by almost all students:
* Many back and forth visits - normally hundreds of miles at a time.
* If you work for a living, then weekday only workshops cause problems at work. More than likely you will be contending with several days in a row too.
* Annual leave lost - most students get just four weeks holiday each year. If half or more of that is used up by training events, you haven’t got a great deal of holiday time remaining for the family as a whole.
* Classes can ’sell out’ fast and can sometimes be too big - so they’re not personal enough.
* Workshop pace - centre-days can consist of students of varying abilities, so there is often tension between students that want a quicker pace to the ones who need a little longer.
* Don’t ignore the extra expense of driving or taking public transport or accommodation for the duration either. Don’t be surprised to find this become many hundreds of pounds more - sometimes thousands. Take some time to add it all up - you may be surprised.
* Training privacy will be of paramount importance to a lot of attendees. Why would you want to lose potential advancement, pay-rises or success at work while you’re training. If your work discovers you’re putting yourself through accreditation in another sector, what are they going to be thinking?
* How many of us have avoided asking a question, because we wanted to maintain the illusion that we did, in fact, understand?
* Working away from home - a minority of students need to live or work away for certain parts of the programme. Workshops become problematic to attend, but the money has already changed hands with your initial fees.
It would be better to just watch and study with industry specialists one-on-one via filmed lessons, doing them when it suits you - not somebody else. Training can take place wherever it suits you. If your PC is a laptop, take in a little sunshine in your garden as you work. Any problems and get onto the live 24×7 support. It’s never going to matter how regularly you would like to re-take a quiz or test, video instructors can never get frustrated with you! Plus, as an added bonus, there’s no need to take notes. Everything is already there for you. The result: Reduced stress and hassle, less cost, and absolutely no travelling.
Being at the forefront of the leading edge of new technology is as thrilling as it comes. You’re involved with shaping the next few decades. We’re only just starting to get to grips with what this change will mean to us. How we correlate with the world as a whole will be profoundly affected by technology and the internet.
And don’t forget that income in the world of IT throughout this country is a lot higher than in the rest of the economy, therefore you’ll most likely gain much more as a trained IT professional, than you’d get in most other industries. It seems there’s not a hint of a downturn for IT industry increases in Great Britain as a whole. The market continues to grow hugely, and as we have a significant shortage of skilled professionals, it’s most unlikely that there’ll be any kind of easing off for years to come.

The world of telephone communication and world wide conferencing is quietly undergoing a quiet service and technological revolution. Only most people are not even noticing.
I am a private business professional, so this is not an infomercial. However as a well traveled journalist, a well traveled person, a consultant and a business coach I am about to share with you a service that I broadly use for world wide communication.
In these days of technology advancement I am always amazed at how few people or businesses take advantage of the cutting edge advances that are openly available.
Skype, for instance, is a free service anyone from across the globe can subscribe to. How much do you think would be a suitable price to pay for world wide calls? Skype has a number of methods that you can use as well as dialing into local numbers for otherwise free international calls. Or you could subscribe to call forwarding while on your journey and people from anywhere in the world can find you without them having to pay world wide calls.
There is one facet of web based solutions that would deter some people from them. The support is normally solely over the internet. And with the really popular services you may sometimes have to wait a day or two before getting a reply.
The services are however still entirely worth a try. Principally for small or new businesses that are have restricted budgets and are aspiring to operating on a worldwide basis.
When used appropriately some solutions on the internet can be great enablers for business. Interested in knowing more? Click through to our web site listed in the authors segment for valuable and enabling information especially designed to aide small to medium size businesses.

[I:http://kievgid.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/LJJames2.jpg] When I received the Novel “Iron Horse Rider” from the Author Adelle “Legs” Laudan I have to admit I was expecting a book about a Biker fighting and causing trouble. You know your Typical Biker Bad Boy Story.
What I received was something I was not expecting at all. The Novel Tells the story of a hardcore biker named Shane, Shane had always kept women at arms length and showed them no emotion, That was until he met Kelly. Try as he might this biker who had always kept to himself could not fight off his feelings for her and soon found himself Married to the Women of his dreams.
After 10 years of Marriage Kelly is taken from Shane in a Tragic accident while they are Ridding. Shane finds everything around him reminds him of Kelly, His home, his shop, even his Clubhouse. His Brother’s try to Support and comfort him, but the looks of sorrow in their eyes for him is more then Shane can bare. He soon realizes staying in the world He has Known and loved is not an option. Soon Shane is on his Iron Horse with the wind in his face and no destination! As Shane rides He finds the pain he feels for his loss begin to lessen!
With advice from a Mysterious Biker he keeps running into, Shane finds himself at a Micmac Indian Camp. Shane is welcomed into the Camp by the Tribes Chief and soon finds himself becoming Friends with the Chief’s Daughter Tia who has recently lost her Husband! While the two Share their pain they soon begin to feel something for each other. Is it possible for either of them to feel love again while still suffering from such a great loss? A member of Tia’s Tribe is taking no chances and tells Shane to stay away from Tia. He soon finds out you never tell a Biker like Shane what to do![I:http://kievgid.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/LJJames16.jpg]
I found the writing in this novel while in no way simplistic was easy to read. I also found the story easy to follow ! Adelle “Legs” Laudan describes and expresses the feelings of Biker Brotherhood perfectly. When She explains Shane’s feelings while Riding you can see in your mind where he is and you can almost feel the wind in your Face!In life we all have our worlds we live in, When something Terrible happens sometimes We cling to what We know. Shane does what He as a true Biker must after such a terrible loss, He goes out and finds not only a new life but a new World to live in for a while.
I have to say I enjoyed the story. It was not what I was expecting or would usually read but I found I could not put the book down. I think some Men who Ride will enjoy this book, While many I feel will find it a little too much of a Romance novel! I do believe almost every Women who has ever ridden a Motorcycle or dated a Man who rode one will love this Novel.
As I know now Adelle “Legs” Laudan is a writer of Motorcycle Romance Novels, Please Support Adelle in her Quest to emprove the image of the Motorcycle world one book at a time! Every time you order Iron Horse Rider or one of her other Novels (only $5.95), including the upcoming Iron Horse Rider 2 at the website www.AdelleLaudan.com you help make the Motorcycle world a better place!

There are very few websites online that have achieved true genuine success. Myspace is just one such website wich has risen to the top of the elite.
If you are looking to meet new friends or even partners then myspace will help you do this. Make friends with people first then use some of the thousands of freely available myspace love graphics to help you cement friendships.
Here I now present several reasons why I love the myspace phenomenon. Myspace love success stories - in fact many relationships and marriages have been borne out of friendships found on myspace formed from sending a single graphic on someones profile page.
1. Forming of new friendships. Myspace has millions of members and many of them will have the same interests as you - just sign up to their site and start searching.
2. Meet old friends again. Many people lose touch with friends from years ago, at school, in previous jobs, in other countries etc. Myspace brings it all together in one easy place.
3. Myspace is a responsible and charitable organisation. Who else allows charity groups to get their message out en-masse to the millions of myspace users?
4. Myspace is very convenient - as millions of people use it, you can get a message out to all your friends in a matter of minutes, not days - and all of them will get their message.
5. Myspace will let you pass comments and messages on to your friends in the form of graphical images, text messages etc. Why not tell someone you love them with some special free myspace love graphics? Or simply wish someone a Happy Birthday. It’s really a great place to be.
6. Hundreds of external comapnies create thousands of free comment graphics and fun pictures which help you to convey just the perfect image across to your friends at any particular time in life. Indeed you would find it hard not to find the perfect picture to say the perfect thing. Sometimes a picture says a thousand words.
myspace comes heavily recommended. It’s a great place to keep in touch with all your old school friends, past work colleagues and family all over the world.
There are other social networking sites out there as well, some are better, but myspace is a long timer whose systems are robust and has got a very strong and loyal following who just can’t get enough of myspace. Why not come back to myspace and send some wacky comments to your old friends.

As any handbag lover would, I always wonder what the big trends will be when a seasons new bags start to hit the Internet. Last season, we had purple bags, and there have been various It-Bags for every season before. So, whats on deck for this season? The first big thing I have noticed about Spring 2009 is that apparently, we all have the blues. Blue bags, that is. Ive got 4 awesome examples for you, several of which Im sure well cover in more detail in future posts, so that you can be the first one to tell all your friends what they should be buying.
The Chloe Kathleen Shoulder Bag: I particularly like this one - its sort of a hobo-but-not and reminds me of a great Kooba bag I had a few seasons back. Buy through Net-a-Porter for $1695.
The Miu Miu Crinkle Patent Tote: One of my favorite things about patent leather is that you get much more vibrant colors with it than with matte leathers, and this Miu Miu tote is a great example. A lot of the blue bags this season are navy, but this is an incredibly fun alternative while still being on-trend. Buy through Net-a-Porter for $1195.
The Jimmy Choo Manda Suede Bag: Jimmy Choo has only been making handbags for a few years now, but with great success, and this might be my favorite bag from them yet. Buy through Net-a-Porter for $1595.
The Fendi Large Navy Tote: This tote is a great option for someone that wants a bag thats a tad trendy but still appropriate for their everyday life - at the office, toting around stuff for the kids, etc. Buy through Net-a-Porter for $1890.
